Orders
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is mispriced or unavailable, and will refund any payment taken.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery. See shipping and returns for rates and times.
Returns and warranty
Devices may be returned within 90 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the conditions in our shipping and returns policy. A 2-year warranty applies to manufacturing defects.
Product use
JOVS devices are intended for cosmetic use by adults. Follow the instructions in the manual. Do not use light, laser or EMS devices if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, or are being treated for a condition that makes light or electrical stimulation unsuitable. Consult a medical professional if unsure.
