Shipping rates
- European Union: free on orders over €150; €9.90 standard delivery below that.
- Rest of world: €19.90 flat rate.
Delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. EU delivery usually arrives in 3–7 business days; international orders in 7–14 business days. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
90-day home trial
Use your device for up to 90 days. If it is not right for you, contact us within 90 days of delivery to arrange a return and a full refund. Devices should be returned in a clean, complete condition with all accessories.
2-year warranty
Every device is covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects. If something stops working as it should, email us with your order number and a short description and we will arrange a repair or replacement.
Damaged or missing items
If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and we will put it right.
