How often should I use my device?
Most JOVS devices are designed for three sessions a week, around ten minutes each. Your manual includes the exact protocol for your device.
Are JOVS devices safe for home use?
Yes. Every device is engineered with skin-safe modes, automatic timing and over-heat protection. Do not use light or laser devices on broken skin, and consult a doctor if you are pregnant, taking photosensitising medication or being treated for a skin condition.
How long until I see results?
Most customers notice a difference within four weeks of consistent use. Light and EMS results build gradually — the 90-day trial is designed to give you enough time to judge.
What is included with my order?
Your device, the relevant cable or charger, a protective case where applicable, and a user manual. Orders over €150 ship free within the EU.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. EU delivery usually arrives in 3–7 business days. See shipping and returns for full details.
Can I return a device?
Yes — every device comes with a 90-day home trial. Contact us within 90 days of delivery to arrange a return and a full refund.
What does the warranty cover?
All devices carry a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. It does not cover accidental damage or normal wear on accessories.

Checkout supports secure card payments, bank transfer and cash on delivery where available. All prices are shown in EUR.
